- Retail spaces: Located in high-traffic areas —urban centers, commercial axes and consolidated residential areas—, with surfaces from 50 to 1,200 m². Typical tenants: franchises, pharmacies, essential services and quality hospitality. Net returns between 5% and 9% annually.
- Retail Parks: Commercial complexes with own parking on the outskirts of medium and large cities. High occupancy (over 92% on average) and low vacancy risk thanks to the presence of anchors such as supermarkets or national chains.
- Hotels and geriatric centers: Operational assets in sectors with sustained demographic and tourism growth. We offer boutique, rural and urban hotels, as well as assisted living facilities with current health licenses. Ideal for investors seeking exposure to essential services with social value.
- Offices and professional spaces: Complete buildings or floors in business districts of Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and other expanding cities. Tenants: law firms, consultancies, clinics and technology companies with 5 to 10-year contracts.

Yes. 40% of our investors are international. We manage all legal structuring from Spain.
What guarantees do I have about the tenant?
We require audited financial statements or bank guarantees for assets over €1M. We prioritize tenants with more than 5 years of seniority.
What is the minimum ticket?
From €50,000, with options for structured co-investment in selected assets. We adapt the proposal to the investor’s profile and capacity.
