Why is signing an NDA necessary?
The Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is an essential requirement to:

Once signed, you will receive access to the complete asset dossier: calculation memoranda, active contracts, technical reports, and cash-flow projections.
What does “qualified investor” mean in your context?

- Available investment capital exceeding €100,000
- Family offices, funds, or institutional investment vehicles
- Professionals with knowledge of the Spanish market

What is the purchase process?
- NDA Request: Complete the integrated form below
- Digital signature: You will receive the NDA by email for electronic signature
- Dossier access: Detailed asset analysis with our team
- Coordinated due diligence: Access to legal, technical, and tax reports
- Binding reservation: 5% deposit directly to designated bank account (not our account)
- SPV constitution: Creation of the vehicle company for the asset
- Signing and closing: Notarial deed and transfer of ownership
- Post-purchase management: Activation of administration services and quarterly distribution of returns
💼 Management, Taxation and Distribution
What does the post-purchase management service include?
All our assets include comprehensive professional management:
- Lease administration and rent collection
- Preventive maintenance and repair coordination
- Tax management and filing of tax obligations
- Quarterly reporting with financial statements and asset performance
- Proactive communication regarding incidents or appreciation opportunities
Management costs are already deducted in the published net return calculation.
How and when are returns distributed?
Generated cash flows are distributed quarterly to investors, after deduction of:
- Management and administration expenses
- Taxes withheld at source (according to applicable tax regime)
- Reserves for major maintenance (if applicable)
You will receive a detailed account statement with each distribution, with breakdown of income, expenses, and taxable base.
What tax aspects should I consider?
Each investment is structured through a Spanish company (SL), which allows:
